The past year has seen its fair share of financial turmoil. If you’ve read a newspaper or surfed Yahoo lately, you probably know that we’re facing a recession. That’s not good, right? Maybe. Admitantly, I’m no investor, but even I have heard the addage “Buy low, sell high”. The concept is simple. When everybody’s selling and stocks are cheapest - that’s when you buy. Of course you have to use wisdom to make sure you don’t buy low and sell lower, (that would be bad) but with enough forsight, hindsight and insight, you just might find some investments that bring big rewards. Now financial reward is good, but what if you found an investment opportunity that would yield a completely different kind of return?

 

Souls are the currency of heaven and here at Genesis, we invest in the souls of today’s youth. Not just any youth, but especially the youth that others have given up on. Like those deflated stocks, these kids have

been rejected by most of society, but we know that through the transforming power of Christ, these young ones have never lost their value. Our goal is to help them realize just how much they’re worth.

The prayers and financial support of our partners have enabled us to aquire and live on the land we now call “Genesis Ranch”. Where we have seen 4 teens come into our program who's lives will never be the same. More recently, we’ve started traveling and ministering in churches bringing messages of hope as well as feeding the hungry in San Antonio, TX. All of this is happening because our partners have believed in us and invested in us and I guess I just want to ask you one simple question - will you believe in and invest in our youth?
